Do I have to give my personal email address out for anyone to contact me
No. There is a complete messaging and email system contained within our website. You can be completely anonymous until you choose to provide further information to other members
How can I make sure someone who I lived with or that have come through my home can find me:
To maximize your chance of connecting, Make sure you have your entire profile filled out, particularly the First Names of household members and the name of the Cities you lived in while in the Foster care program
Who can see items such as my Blog, Events, photos or Groups I post and participate in.
There are Default settings that we begin with that only allow members or friends. You have the option to view and change these settings by going to Privacy Settings in your Home screen
What if I feel someone is not who they say they are
We take your privacy and Integrity of this site very seriously. We want to keep the spirit of Fostering meaningful and safe connections between foster parents, former children or prospective parents. We will investigate any unusual activity and take appropriate measures to make sure every member is here with good intentions.
